Which Types Of Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept:

  • Cash payment
  • Cheque (with bank guarantee)
  • Bank transfer (account details supplied on invoice)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, V Pay and Visa Electron)

 

Which Blinds Should I Choose?

That depends on your needs... Whether it's for extra privacy, shading, blackout (allowing extra sleep in sunny mornings, for baby rooms, or for shift workers in the middle of the day), or just accessorising and transforming the look of a room. At Bellini Blinds, we offer a no obligation selection, measure and advice service in the comfort of your own home, and can advise on the best solution for you needs.

 

What is the usual timescale between ordering my blinds and having them fitted?

We try to be realistic. On average, from ordering the blinds to them being made and fitted takes two weeks. However, for a minimal surcharge we can fit within four or five days if required, as all of our blinds are made to measure.

 

Are your blinds made to measure?

Yes. We take time to measure your windows precisely, and each blind is made specifically for your windows and is fitted by our experienced staff.

 

Do you offer a no obligation quotation?

Yes. Absolutely!

 

Do you have a shop?

Shop premises are expensive to maintain. At Bellini Blinds we offer a free, no obligation, home selection service where you can choose colours and the types of blinds to suit your decor. Our customers prefer this colour matching service and the savings of having low overheads are passed directly onto you.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

All of our blinds are made to measure and generally, once the order is placed, cancellations will not be available. However, depending on the production stage, ammendments may be possible.

 

How do your prices and quality compare to other suppliers?

There is a huge difference in the quality of window blind systems available. Some companies offer deals like 7 blinds for £xxx, and they manage this by using the cheapest headrail mechanisms plastic components, and buying a limited choice of roll end fabrics from warehouses in Manchester, that won't be available if you want to match them in the future. Our preference is to source the best quality systems in the industry, make all of our blinds to measure, accessing all of the major suppliers for stable supply and the best choice to match your decor exactly. We also offer unrivaled customer service, honest advice and reliable aftercare service. You would think that all of this makes us the most expensive... Absolutely not! Our main focus in on fantastic 'Value for Money'. We work hard to keep the running costs of our business low. Being a family business, and by not having expensive High St shops to manage, stock and pay for, we pass the savings directly on to you... Giving you the best quality and service available at very affordable and competitive prices.
